Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan, and you consent to their jurisdiction. BEFORE INITIATING ANY DISPUTE, THE PARTIES AGREE TO TRY IN GOOD FAITH TO RESOLVE IT BY DISCUSSION FOR 30 DAYS AFTER WRITTEN NOTICE.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
