What should I have ready for the first conversation?

Nothing formal. It helps to know roughly what you invoice monthly, who your main customers are and how long they take to pay. Documents come later, once we agree the program is a fit.

Will contacting you affect my credit?

No. An enquiry involves no credit file access. Approval rests mainly on your customers' creditworthiness, and nothing happens to your own credit without your written consent.

Do I have to visit an office?

No. Applications, verification and funding are handled online and by phone across all 50 states. Our registered office is in Bingham Farms, MI, but there is nothing you need to attend in person.

I'm a broker or referral partner — who do I speak to?

What happens after you get in touch

The first conversation is a conversation, not an application. A specialist will ask what you invoice monthly, who your customers are and how long they take to pay — enough to tell you whether receivables financing fits at all, and which of the four programs makes sense. If it is not a fit, we will say so; there is no value to either of us in starting a file that will not fund.

If it is a fit, you get a written proposal with every fee itemized before anything is signed. From there, most clients are approved within 24–72 hours and funded within 24–48 hours of submitting their first invoices.
